Staff transfers - Staff communications

GAD provides assistance with staff communications on compulsory transfers of employment from the public sector.

We frequently provide presentations direct to staff.  Experience has shown that these presentations are extremely useful, both in allaying the concerns of staff over their new pension entitlements and in providing staff with sufficient information to make an informed decision regarding the option to transfer their accrued benefits.
